What to do if you cannot register–Late Registration for Fall 2011 admissions ONLY

If you were admitted to Drew University for Fall 2011, and have been informed that you cannot register for classes due to missing Health Services forms, please refer to the following site found on your Campus Web:

This page actually connect directly to each missing form.  You can just click and print the form(s) you need directly from this page.

The missing forms are also available to you on the Health Services Forms Page.  Just pick the forms you need to complete and submit them together (if there are more than one form missing), to Health Services as soon as possible.  Once Health Services staff have been able to review your completed documents the registration holds will be removed from your record and you will be able to register.  You must provide ALL missing documents to have your registration holds released.
