Treasury Services.

Treasury oversees the management of and accounting for the Endowment and other non-operating and operating investments, all banking relationships, the issuance of long-term debt and compliance with bond covenants, and the administration of state and federal grants.

Except where otherwise noted here, please direct any and all inquiries about treasury services to the Finance Department, x3519.


A ConnectOne cash dispensing ATM is in the lobby of the Ehinger Center. Any issues with the ATM should be reported to Treasury. Students and employees who chose to bank with ConnectOne are offered the following benefits as members of the Drew Community.

All domestic and international wire transfer requests should be submitted to Treasury for review and approval. Additionally, all cash advance requests should be submitted to Treasury for review and approval. View the cash advance policies here.


The investment of endowment assets has been outsourced to Hall Capital Partners. In its capacity as Outsourced Chief Investment Officer, Hall is responsible for selection of investment managers and asset allocation for the endowment portfolio in accordance with the University-approved Investment Policies and Guidelines Statements.

Any questions related to the management of the Endowment or other investments of the University, should be directed to the CFO’s office, x3501.


Treasury is responsible for the administration of state and federal grants. All grant applications should be submitted to Advancement for initial review. The Treasury Department will work with the Principal Investigator (PI) to ensure the proper accounting for grants, complete mandated filings, and ensure the collection of grant monies.
