Important dates to remember regarding your student account (subject to change)

July 1 Fall TMS Plan TMS 5 Pay Plan – payments begin for Fall
July 1 Fall Billing Bills for Fall term are produced and emailed to the student and any proxies they have given student account access to.
July 15 Campus Housing If you have a housing assignment and are no longer planning to reside in campus housing for the Fall term you must inform housing before this date in order to avoid a housing fine (1/5 of semester housing charge)
August 1 Fall TMS Plan TMS 4 Pay Plan – payments begin for Fall
August 5 Fall Payment Deadline Fall student account balances remaining after Financial Aid and active payment plans are considered are due and must be paid by this date to avoid $150 Late Payment Fee.
August 10 Late Payment Fees Assessed Late payment fees are assessed for unpaid balances
August 15 Health Insurance Students who have confirmed enrollment in the student health insurance are now actively covered
September 1 Insurance Waivers Waivers for Health Insurance and Tuition Refund Insurance must be completed/submitted by this date
Friday of 2nd Week of Semester Add/Drop Adjustment Last day of Add/Drop, after this date no tuition reductions are applied for dropping course(s) per Add/Drop Policy (dropping all courses is considered a withdrawal, not a drop – withdrawals must be done prior to start of term to avoid a financial responsibility)
Friday of 2nd Week of Semester Meal Plan Changes Last day to submit a change in Meal Plan
Friday of 2nd Week of Semester Perkins Loan Documents Student borrowing from this program will be sent an email requiring them to sign T&L  statement and Prom Note
Friday of 3rd Week of Semester Refund Requests Students may begin sending requests for refund of their credit balance (via email to studentaccounts@drew.edu)
Friday of 3rd Week of Semester Withdrawal Adjustments Students dropping all courses in a term will received a prorated reduction in tuition through the 3rd week of the term per Withdrawal Policy, after which there is no adjustments made for withdrawing
Mid-November (Registration) Spring Registration All current and prior balances must be satisfied before you are eligible to register for the upcoming Spring Term (likewise, if you are planning to register for a Jan Term, your account balance will have to be satisfied before you can do so)
December 1 Spring TMS Plan TMS 5 Pay Plan payments begin for Spring

December 15 Financial Aid All Financial Aid must be certified and ready for disbursement for the Fall term or you may lose eligibility for any aid that is still pending (verification requirements must be complete)
January 1 Spring TMS Plan TMS 4 Pay Plan – payments begin for Spring
