Meal Plan Information

CLA Resident Student Meal Plans:

All undergraduate College students living on campus are required to have a meal plan. Drew offers six CLA Resident plans and four CLA Commuter/Graduate student/Theological student plans.  You can select or change your meal plan by logging into CampusWeb and submitting the Meal Plan Form.

19 meals/0 points: This plan allows for three meals at the Commons each day. It does not include any points that can be used at food service locations such as the Snack Bar, Space, Brothers College Cafe, and McLendon Hall convenience store.. This plan is automatically assigned to new students who have not already chosen a meal plan and costs $1971.00 per semester.

19 + (19 meals/100 points): Like the standard 19 meal per week plan, except this version comes with 100 points and costs an additional $80, making the board plan per semester $2051.00 for this option.

14 meals/165 points: This plan allows for two meals per day at the Commons, as well as points to be used at  food service locations such as the Snack Bar, Space, Brothers College Cafe, and McLendon Hall convenience store and costs $1971.00 per semester.

14 + (14 meals/265 points): Like the standard 14 meal per week plan, except this version comes with 265 points and costs an additional $80, making the board plan per semester $2051.00 for this option.

10 meals/267 points: This plan allows for the most food account points, and the least amount of meals in the Commons and costs $1971.00 per semester.

10 + (10 meals/367 points): Like the standard 10 meal per week plan, except this version comes with  points and costs an additional $80, making the board plan per semester $2051.00 for this option.

PLEASE NOTE:  All plans are per semester only. Any unused meal plan points do not carry over, they are forfeited at the end of the semester and reset to the full value for the next semester. Additional food points deposited onto the card carry over semester to semester. Those wishing to deposit funds onto their additional food point account may do so by contacting the Business Office at 973-408-3114.

CLA Commuter/Graduate Student/Theological Student Meal Plans:

PLEASE NOTE:  CLA Commuters who have signed up for Commuter Housing must also enroll in one of the Commuter plans.

5 meals/25 points: This plan allows 5 meals a week in the Commons and 25 points to be used at food service locations such as the Snack Bar, Space, Brothers College Cafe, and McLendon Hall convenience store. In this plan, the meals automatically reset to 5 every week and the 25 food points function as a declining balance over the semester. This plan costs $504.00 per semester.

25 Block Plan (25 meals per semester/25 points): This plan comes with 25 meals in total for the whole semester at the Commons and 25 food points which also function as a declining balance over the semester. Please note, there are ONLY 25 meals in this plan and once they are used up no more will be added to the account. This plan costs $166.00 per semester.

50 Block Plan (50 meals per semester/25 points): This plan comes with 50 meals in total for the whole semester at the Commons and 25 food points which also function as a declining balance over the semester. Please note, there are ONLY 50 meals in this plan and once they are used up no more will be added to the account. This plan costs $355.00 per semester.

100 Block Plan (100 meals per semester/25 points): This plan comes with 100 meals in total for the whole semester at the Commons and 25 food points which also function as a declining balance over the semester. Please note, there are ONLY 100 meals in this plan and once they are used up no more will be added to the account. This plan costs $686.00 per semester.

Extra Food Points:

Students wishing to put more points on their food account may do so in the Business Office or over the phone with a credit card. For a complete listing of payment options, visit the Payment Information page.  Any deposits onto the Additional Food Point account are given an extra 5% added to the total amount of funds deposited.
