Dear Student & Parent,
Congratulations on your admission to Drew University. Below is some important information regarding student account billing for tuition and fees at Drew. You will receive your fall semester bill in the beginning of July and we hope that the following information is helpful as you prepare for the upcoming semester.
Drew University issues all billing statements electronically. This means that we do not send any paper statements to either the student or the parent. An e-mail notification will be sent to the student’s official Drew University e-mail address with the monthly or semester statement attached (in PDF format). The PDF statement will be attached to the email, but you will also be able to log in to TreeHouse to view and/or print it. Students who wish to have this information also sent directly to their parent(s) and/or guardian(s) can set up proxy authorization to provide access to both e-mail notifications and TreeHouse for whomever handles their billing. In order for the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) to receive the PDF statements via email, proxy access must be setup prior to statement generation. It is especially important that the student be aware of the billing process as he/she must provide access for parents or guardians to receive the billing statement. Instructions on setting up proxy access for parents or guardians can be found here. Please note that Drew acknowledges and closely follows the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
To better understand your Drew Statement, instructions are available here.
We encourage you to visit this site to see an overview of the semester billing and to ensure you are up to date on all Drew billing information. Detailed instructions, (including the link for the authorized user’s login page) are available here.
We hope that this information is helpful in answering any billing questions you may have. Should you require any additional help please feel free to contact us in the Business Office, located on the first floor of Tilghman House, at (973) 408-3114, or email@example.com. All of this information is also available online.
We look forward to meeting you, and wish you best of luck as you begin your first semester at Drew University.
