Paperless Billing
Drew University issues all billing statements electronically. This means that we do not mail any paper statements to either the student or the parent. An e-mail notification will be sent to the student’s official Drew University e-mail address when the monthly and semester statements are available (in PDF format) through TreeHouse. You will then need to log in to view and/or print it. Students who wish to have this information emailed to their parent(s) or guardian(s) as well can set up proxy authorization to provide access to both e-mail notifications and TreeHouse for whomever they choose. It is especially important that the student be aware of the billing process as he/she must provide access for parents or guardians in order for them to receive notice of the billing statement. Registration and Transcripts
Students must have a clear account balance to participate in registration for any upcoming semester or to receive transcripts. Please be advised that ANY payments made to clear a student’s account for registration, transcripts, diplomas, or commencement participation MUST be made using secured funds (cash, credit card, money order, or bank/cashier’s check).  Any payment made to clear an account using a personal or business check will have a ten business day hold until the funds clear. Paperless Billing
Please note that a paper billing statement will not be mailed. An e-mail notification will be sent out when the monthly and semester statements are available (in pdf format) on TreeHouse. You will then need to login to view and/or print it. If there is someone assisting you with your bill or managing the balance on your behalf, you will need to forward the statement to them. You can also provide access to your TreeHouse to anyone assisting you with your bill so that they too will receive an e-mail notification that your statement is ready. With the access you provide they can log into TreeHouse to retrieve the information you have authorized for them.
