As of July 2004, Drew University has contracted with an outside service, Tuition Management Systems, to allow students to continue to have the option of making payments toward their student account using American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. A convenience fee will be charged by the service to the cardholder. Payment can also be taken directly from checking or savings accounts via ACH debit. There is no fee for use of the ACH debit automated self service system and a $10 fee for those wishing to do so with a TMS representative directly. Please note: this will be the only method available for using a credit card to pay a student account balance. You will no longer be able to call the Student Accounts Office and pay your balance over the phone.
This policy will apply to all undergraduate, graduate, and theological students enrolled in the University with no exceptions. Drew Students will still be able to use credit cards on campus at the bookstore as well as in the Student Accounts Office for deposits to the Campus Card Account (food, bookstore and vending machine debit card) only.
