Bring Your Lunch
Learn how to differentiate between difficult behaviors, difficult situations, and difficult people.  Understand the reasons for difficult people.  Take control of the one person you can control - YOU.  Learn techniques and effective strategies for dealing with difficult people and conflict situations.  Facilitated by Nick Carter.
Nick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently working as the Director of CONCERN Employee Assistance Program in Morristown, NJ.  In addition, he maintains a private practice in Summit, NJ. He has been an employee of Atlantic Health since 1986.
