In June
Officer Dan Flora graduated from the Ocean County Police Academy.
Officer Ron Maialetti graduated from the ATV Safety Institute as an ATV patrol instructor.
In May
Officer Tracy Barmore attended a 40 hour Police Bicycle Patrol Course.
Officer Anthony Damiano graduated from the Essex County Police Academy.
The department was fortunate to have an All Terrain Vehicle donated to them. The New Jersey State Law Enforcement Officers Association, Local 66, along with Moose Lodge 816, donated an ATV with no cost to the University. The ATV will be used to patrol pathways in the center of campus that patrol cars cannot easily access.
