International Students

Welcome to the United States, New Jersey, and Drew University!  On behalf of the Office of Residence Life and the Division of Campus Life and Student Affairs we would like to welcome you to a wonderful world of engaging academic intrigue and a vast array of culture and thriving life!  With the world's cultural center only a train ride away, Drew offers a lot from its small and quaint community.

International Student Services is devoted to:

  • Orienting and aiding international students as they adjust to the varied aspects of their new environment such as a new school system, culture, language, and food.
  • Programming activities to promote intercultural understanding and to help students learn about life in the U.S. as well as to integrate students into the campus and community; Programming to educate the campus community about the wonderful, unique cultures of our international students
  • Providing a place where students can express their needs openly, and helping students make their unique needs known to the campus community so that accommodations and adjustments can be made when appropriate.

  • Assisting students to comply with INS regulations and to education the campus community on immigration regulations.
