The five houses on Loantaka Way are also situated on the adjacent to campus. This option is suitable for those students wishing to live near campus but still want the feel of living in a house. Each house has its own yard and driveway for up to six students. Students are placed in single bedrooms but share a common living area, full kitchen and bathroom. Each house has its own identity but are in close quarters to each to other. These apartments are minimally furnished with furniture such as a table, couch and chair. Each bedroom has a bed, desk, dresser, and closet or wardrobe.
