The HERB Complex consists of 4 different style halls that all create a true campus-like appeal. Haselton, Eberhardt, Riker, and Baldwin Hall all have different qualities that add to the upper-classmen experience. the HERB Complex is situated right in the heart of campus, right next to the University Center! Each of these buildings have been recently renovated to maximize the resident's academic learning-living experience. Walk through this Complex, and you'll feel a sense of true tight-knit community and like home.
Eberhardt/Townhouses: Maximum occupancy 72: 6 efficiencies accommodating 4 people; 5 efficiencies accommodating 3 people. 4 townhouses accommodating 6 people (2 doubles, 2 singles) and 2 townhouses accommodating 5 people (2 doubles, 1 single).
All efficiencies and townhouses have one bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower/tub. Each efficiency and townhouse is responsible for the upkeep of its own bathroom, though the university provides toilet paper. All efficiencies and townhouses have a kitchen with cabinets, counter, sink, and fridge. The stoves in the units are inactive. Townhouses have a common area, a closet downstairs and upstairs, and shelves in the upstairs hallway. Efficiencies have a walk-in closet and small closet.
Townhouses 27-32 have small patios. The garbage areas are a shed and a set of garbage and recycling bins on the side of the block. Townhouse six has a small lounge area, a public restroom, the bulletin board, and laundry facilities. Each unit can control it's own temperature within University-set limits.
