Faculty and staff with a network account may view online lists of students of majors, minors, programs, and schools, as well as these students' up to date on-line biographical information, class schedules, and transcripts (with appopriate administrative access).
Viewing Lists of Majors, Minors, Programs, and Schools
Students lists of majors, minors, programs, and schools can be viewed online through CampusWeb by following these instructions:
- Go to CampusWeb
- Enter your network username and password
- Once you have logged into CampusWeb, select the "Student Search" option
- Select one option school, program, major, or minor to view students in those categories.
- Click "Search"

E-mailing Lists of Majors, Minors, Programs, and Schools
Staff with administrative access rights may e-mail lists of students of certain majors, minors, programs, and schools. You may e-mail a certain group within your area the by following these instructions:
- Follow the directions given above on selecting lists of majors, minors, programs, and schools
- Make sure the "Admin Access" box is checked
- Click "Search"
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click on the "Email all selected students" link.
Viewing Information on Individual Students Within an Area
As with e-mailing lists of students, staff with administrative access rights may also view biographical information, class schedules, and transcripts of students within their area. For instructions on viewing this information, please see the online student information section.
