Drew Library Catalog

How do I find out if Drew owns a book?

Go into the Drew Library Catalog and search by either the author or title of the book, using the Search Hints on the right side of the page. Access to the catalog is available from the header of any page on our site. There is more extensive Help available from within the catalog.

Who can access the catalog?

Anyone with a graphical web browser can access our online catalog, but it functions most reliably with Internet Explorer. All users are automatically logged in as Guests. The "My Library Account" feature requires a login with a Drew username and password via the standard iChain interface.

How do I get to the catalog?

The address is https://catalog.drew.edu. The graphical header at the top of all our web site pages has a link to the catalog, and so does our home page.

Where can I find help on using the catalog?

Help is available within the catalog itself, on the Library's web site, and from our Reference staff.

Within the catalog, there is context-sensitive help available on many pages. Just click on the "Help" button displaying at the top of these pages. The Help page has extensive information on many aspects of using the catalog, including advanced searching tips and information on features such as the Reserve Room and My Library Account.

Help is also available at the Reference Counter (973-408-3588) during our scheduled hours, and through our E-Reference service.
