In general, a request to borrow another library's books or receive an article copied from their holdings is handled through our Interlibrary Loan office. Interlibrary Load (ILL) is a service through which Drew faculty and students can borrow material that Drew Library does not own. The Interlibrary Loan office (ext. 3478) is located opposite the far (right) end of the Circulation Counter. Students pay $1.00 for each filled ILL request. It usually takes 1-4 weeks from the date of your request to obtain your material.
ILL Request forms for books or journal articles are available in the Library, and also from the Library's web site ILL form. Users can also request loans of books they find on Worldcat using Worldcat "Obtain from Another Library" link or ILL button.

Other services
Those pursuing more extensive research may want a letter of introduction to another library. Please see a Reference Librarian or the Theological Librarian to arrange this.
The Library also makes available to the Drew community a single card for access (but not borrowing privileges) to the Firestone Library at Princeton University. This card should be reserved in advance for a specific date; please inquire at the Reference Counter for details.
