If the recipient has never used DocXchanger before, we recommend that you explain the nature of the email, tell the recipient how many emails to expect (one per shared resource) and that directions in the email will tell them how to access the file or folder. Once you have finished entering the subject and description, click on the Next button.
8. The final screen shows you a summary of the information you have entered. You can go back or cancel the process at this time. To complete the sharing process, click the Finish button.

Sharing a File or Folder with an External (non-Drew) User
The process for sharing files and folders with non-Drew users is essentially the same as when sharing with Drew users, with two exceptions.
