The STEL is the place to go for computer training, books, and related materials, such as digital cameras. One full-time staff member oversees a group of students who are available for one-on-one training, special group training, and regularly offered workshops. In addition, the STEL is responsible for the First Year Seminar Technology Training, which is a series of required workshops in September for all first year students. The library of materials located here is open to all current faculty, staff, and students and contains a wide variety of books, manuals, and self-help guides. Materials may be signed out for up to two weeks. Additionally, the STEL employees are responsible for developing materials for online documentation. Suggestions for both print and electronic learning materials are always welcome.
