To submit a request, simply contact the Media Resource Center at (973) 408-3342. If you don't see exactly what you need, our staff will be happy to work with you. Requests falling under the category "Academic Class" will have no charge for most services. Please note the equipment and service rentals are available solely for events on the Drew University campus. Any event which for which there will be a charge requires a valid University account number before it can be confirmed. The MRC is open to take orders Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. All equipment and services are subject to availability. There are four basic constituencies that the MRC serves. Any fees or charges related to an event are determined based on what group the event falls into. Please contact HCH for all non Audio/Video event needs.
- Drew University Academic Class:
This covers a Drew faculty member who is teaching a regularly scheduled class. Extra curricular events related to a course are not covered in this category. - Drew University Not-For-Profit Event ("Drew"):
Encompasses all other events hosted by Drew organizations which are not considered an “academic class”. - Non University Not-For-Profit Event ("Non-Drew 1"):
Groups from outside the University often rent spaces on campus. If the group holds not-for-profit/tax exempt status, they qualify under this category. Weddings and similar events also fall under this heading. - Non University For-Profit Event (Non-Drew 2"):
Any other group or entity not covered under the previous headings.
All requests for equipment, set-ups, and services must be received at least one full business day before the equipment or service is required.
ANY REQUESTS MADE LESS THAN ONE (1) BUSINESS DAY IN ADVANCE WILL INCUR A $50 RUSH FEE.
