Request for Speakerphone Rental

SpeakerphoneThe Telecom office can provide speakerphone setups for various locations on campus. If you would like to pick up and return the unit from the Telecom Office yourself, the rental cost is $25, billed in 4-hour increments. For an additional $25, you can arrange for a Telecom technician to set up the unit, train users on its operation, and pick it up at the end of the meeting. We require 48 hours notice for all rentals. When you submit this form, an email with the information will automatically be sent to the Telecom email address. A telecom employee will then review it and contact you with a confirmation.

Special Instructions:

Please be aware that renters are responsible for the safekeeping of all Telecom equipment. The general ledger number used for the rental fee will be charged for any repairs or replacement necessary in the event that Telecom equipment is damaged or lost while in the renter's custody. The cost to replace a speakerphone is $600
