The University has contracted with ACS to service your Perkins loan after you leave school. While the University will still maintain your Perkins loan, ACS will be responsible for sending you billing statements, receiving and processing your payments, reviewing and processing deferment and cancellation forms, and addressing all of your other customer service needs.
ACS can be contacted at 1-800-432-2372 to assist you with your questions and provide you with your loan information. You may also access the ACS website at www.acs-education.com where borrowers can access loan account information, make payments, download forms, and more.
Among the features offered by ACS is the ACH/Checkmate system where borrowers can automatically transfer payments electronically from their checking or savings account for payment on an ACS account.
