The Program
The Christa Aluotto Soccer Camp offers a comprehensive curriculum to players of all levels. Campers are instructed in the development of basic skills, overall knowledge of the game, tactical awareness, and other needs of the growing soccer player. Regardless of playing level or age, campers are provided with the complete soccer experience.
Camp Director
Christa Racine has helmed the Drew University women's soccer program since 1994. The program’s all-time leader in wins, Racine has been named the MAC/Freedom Conference Coach of the Year three times and in 1994 was named the DIII Coach of the Year by the CSANJ. She has led her teams to 11 conference playoff appearances, five ECAC Tournament appearances and an NCAA Tournament berth.
A native of Morris County, Racine was an All-American at local high school Morris Catholic prior to attending Rutgers University. She led the Scarlet Knights to a four-year record of 50-24-7, with three consecutive ECAC Championships from 1990-1992. Her 39 career goals are tied for the highest total in school history, while she holds the record for most assists in a game with four. Racine was most recently honored by the Newark Star Ledger as a member of New Jersey's All-Century Team.
Camp Staff
The staff at the Christa Aluotto Soccer Camp is a talented group of USSF and NSCAA licensed players and coaches who are dedicated to providing an educational and fun soccer environment. Trainers are on location and available 24 hours a day.
Facilities
Grass utilized for national teams during World Cup 1994 are the center of instruction for the Christa Aluotto Soccer Camp. In addition, a state-of-the-art poligrass lighted surface is available for evening play. In the event of inclement weather the Simon Athletic Center and Forum is readily available for indoor play. Off the field, the players are housed in a security restricted college dormitory. A complete game room is open during recreational hours as well as swim sessions. All you can eat meals are served in the dining commons three times a day.
High School Teams
High school and club teams may come together and will be trained as a team. This is a great way to get ready for the upcoming season!!
