The Advancement/LEAF Team advances excellence in Theological education at Drew University by developing alumni/ae philanthropic support. In doing so, members work to raise funds for general operations, with particular emphasis on unrestricted dollars to LEAF; increase the percentage of alumni/ae who make donations; communicate the need for and use of contributions; volunteer to serve as class agents; and, collaborate with other Theological School Alumni/ae Association committees to foster philanthropic relationships.
 The TAA Advancement/LEAF team works to encourage and increase alumni/ae giving. We attempt to communicate to alumni/ae the importance of giving back so that others will have the opportunity to experience the quality education that we have received.
