The Nominating Committee identifies and recruits candidates for the Board of Directors of the College Alumni Association (CAA), identifies and solicits nominees for the Annual Alumni Achievement Awards and prepares the slate of potential Award nominees for Board approval, identifies and solicits nominees for Alumni-elected Trustee and recommends the candidate for Board approval, conducts/oversees the election of Alumni Board officers, directors and Alumni-elected Trustees, and reviews the Constitution and Bylaws annually.
