These non-credit courses teach students the skills necessary to submit a portfolio for college admission and provides students with the opportunity to generate pieces for their admissions portfolios under the guidance of experienced artists and teachers.
NEW for 2008! The Creative Writing Workshops offer a series of intensive creative writing workshops created specifically for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Students can explore short fiction and/or poetry through two-week, non-credit workshops as a way to explore a passion, discover a new love, or strengthen skills. These workshops are taught by respected and published authors who are also knowledgeable and experienced teachers. Both beginning and experienced writers will benefit from these small workshops designed to give students both group and individualized feedback.
