Transcripts

January visiting students from other schools may have transcripts sent to their home school, provided their financial account is in order, by filling out and submitting a transcript request to the Registrar Office in Tilghman House.  For more information on requesting a transcript, please visit the Registrar’s web page: Requesting a Transcript.

Please note that you do not need to submit an actual form so long as your written request contains your signature and all of the required information.

Billing

If you have not paid tuition and/or housing fees, you are required to report to the Business Office (located on the 1st floor of Tilghman House) before attending classes.

Refund Policy

Any changes in registration must be filed in writing in person or via email (regist@drew.edu) at the office of the registrar. Any notice of withdrawal becomes official as of the date received in writing. Non attendance does not constitute an official withdrawal. Failure to withdraw officially will result in a grade of “F” for the course. You will also be billed for the cost of the course.  Please note that you only have a short time to drop a course and receive a refund.

I.D. Cards

All students registered for JanTerm courses must obtain an ID card in order to gain access to the library and recreational facilities. You may secure an ID card from the Business Office located in Tilghman House after your JanTerm bill is paid.

Parking Permits

A parking permit is required for all students taking a JanTerm class.  Students who do not have a 2011-2012 parking decal must purchase one for JanTerm.  The Department of Public Safety is open for decals at any time, Monday – Friday. The cost is $25 (paid ahead of time at the Business Office). Bring the following items with you to Public Safety: student ID card, your parking fee receipt, your license, registration, insurance, and your vehicle. Put on your flashers and park in front of the Pepin Services Center. Go to the dispatch desk and tell them you are a student in JanTerm and complete a vehicle registration card.

Campus Computer Network and Your Courses

Drew University network accounts are automatically created for all students who are registered for JanTerm courses. For students not currently matriculated at Drew, your log-in and password information will be sent to the email address you provided on your registration form. If you did not provide an email address and/or have not received your Drew network account, please visit the Computer and Network Services (CNS) Helpdesk in the basement of Brothers College. Be sure to bring your Drew ID card (available at the Business Office) with you. Please note that many professors use the campus computer network for their classes and you are responsible for making sure your network account is functional.  If you have any questions about your account, please call the CNS Helpdesk at 973-408-3205 or email them at cns@drew.edu.
