In order to make the transition as smooth as possible, and participate in orientation activities, all new students should take steps to be sure their account is “cleared” for check-in before arriving on campus. To be fully cleared to check-in, students must have:
- Completed their Health Insurance Enrollment Form or the Health Insurance Waiver Form
- Tuition Refund Plan selection or Waiver
- Completed financial aid paperwork, signed and returned forms and have financial aid in place
- Submitted all required Health Packet Forms (including, Health Form, Immunization Form, Meningitis Information Form, Meningitis Vaccination Form, and Hepatitis B Vaccination
- Complete Academic Progress Release Form
- Complete Financial Release Form
- Paid their student account in full
Drew University makes it easy for you to know your status. You can check your status by going to CampusWeb, and select the “My Check-In Status” tab in the left hand column. If students are not cleared, they cannot obtain their check-in packet, and/or keys for campus housing, until all issues are resolved. Although staff will be on campus to assist anyone with concerns, completing and submitting the requirements ahead of the arrival day is strongly advised.
