Transfer of Academic Credit

Transfer of course credits is based on two criteria:
1. Courses completed must be the same or comparable to those in the current Drew catalog.
2. Grades of C (2.0 on a 4.0 scale) or higher must have been achieved in such courses.
No more than 32 credits may be counted toward the Drew undergraduate degree from any combination of credit-by-examination. No more than 64 credits can be counted toward the Drew undergraduate degree from any combination of credit-by-examination and course work completed at other institutions.
Grades from accepted/transferable credits are not calculated in the official Drew grade point average.
An official credit evaluation of previous college work will be mailed by Drew's Office of the Registrar within 2-to-3 weeks of admission to the College of Liberal Arts.
