A: Letters from the department of financial assistance regarding Need-Based Aid are scheduled to be mailed in late March.
Q: What if I am not applying for need-based financial aid? When will I hear about merit scholarship?
A: Drew Recognition Merit Award notification will be included in your admission packet at the time you receive your letter of acceptance. Selection for the Presidential Scholarship in the Arts and the Thomas H. Kean Minority Scholarship will take place in early March with notification to follow.
Q: I've been admitted to Drew but I applied as a Dual-Degree BA/MD applicant. When shall I receive notice of financial aid?
A: By the end of January, applicants will hear from Drew whether their application has advanced to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey admissions committee. Final decisions will arrive from the UMDNJ in early April with financial aid information to follow.
Q: What if I do not receive any letter from the Office of Financial Assistance?
A: If you filed on time both a FAFSA and the CSS Profile by the February 15th deadline and you did not receive a financial aid package, you should call the office at 973-408-3112.
