December 14, 2011 Learning Contract and Signature Form due (exceptions will be granted provided the Academic Internship Office has been notified in advance). Note: Midterm requirements including timesheet hours, paper proposal and midterm set of journal entries generally due after first 10 days of work or as determined by Coordinator. February 24, 2012 Final paper, timesheet hours, supervisor evaluation, and final set of journal entries due

February 3, 2012 Last day to register for a Spring internship. Learning Contract and Signature Form due.

Note: Student Learning Contract and Student Signature Form (or Zero-Credit Student Signature Form) due before Internship project begins. Please submit contract to Academic Internship Coordinator before end of spring semester, if possible.
