Join us in celebrating the 500th anniversary of the Reformation with the 2017 Bard Thompson Lecture. Guest lecturer Elisabeth Gerle, professor of ethics at the Center for Theology and Religious Studies at Lund University in Sweden and scholar in the Research Department of the Church of Sweden, Gerle will discuss her latest book, Embrace: Luther on Love, Body and Sensual Presence.  Reception: 5 p.m. Seminary Hall Atrium Lutheran Vespers: 6:10 p.m. Craig Chapel Lecture: 7 p.m. Craig Chapel The lecture is free of charge and open to the public.
