Teaching in an Undergraduate Setting

Don’t miss this opportunity!  The following workshop, “Teaching in an Undergraduate Setting”:  A Teaching Workshop open to all GDR students” has been scheduled for April 19, 10:00am-1:30pm ( room TBA).

Drew alumnus Robert Seesengood, who has served on the faculty of both a state university and a liberal arts college, will  (a) share his reflections on making the transition from the seminary classroom to the undergraduate classroom; (b) discuss such practical matters as course design, syllabus preparation, and classroom management; and (c) invite reflection on the challenge of balancing responsibilities across teaching, advising, student engagement outside the classroom, institutional service, and scholarship.
