Hosted on April 22nd, students from the ESS Independent Study will present this
past year’s food assessment at Drew University. Join us to learn if Drew has
increased its percentage of “real food” on campus, after making the pledge in
2012 to buy 20% local, humane and eco-friendly food by 2020. The choices we
make, the food we eat is essential to the quality of life today and in the
