Rev. Douglas W. Ruffle, Ph.D., Coordinator, Congregational Development, Greater New Jersey Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church
The Leadership Quadrant will help participants understand the skills for empowering others. What is the true fruit of leadership that empowers? It is not a follower, but rather another leader. Drawing from a biblical perspective, The Leadership Quadrant is divided into four parts: Listen, Love, Learn, and Leverage. The workshop will unpack these key components and help identify the skills needed to lead others in becoming leaders themselves.
