Drew Theological School is honored to host its 2017 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient Dr. Barber as part of Repairers of the Breach‘s Mobile Course in Public Theology and Activism. The course is a national training and education ministry to “educate church and lay leaders who will pursue policies and organizing strategies for the good of the whole.”

The Rev. Dr. Barber, former head of the North Carolina NAACP, leader of the Moral Mondays movement, and a progressive faith voice in the national arena, will lead a Course in Public Theology and Activism.

Open to current students, faculty and staff, alums and invited community partners.
