You find your niche on our vibrant and diverse campus when you meet friends for life and first-rate fellow students. You become part of our powerful community, both on-campus and with our 25,000 alumni.

Your New Home

Our campus, called The Forest, is a ten-minute walk from the Madison train station, which takes you directly to Midtown Manhattan in under an hour. Our location allows you to experience the excitement and opportunities of New York City without living in the middle of it 24/7 (yet).

Our hometown of Madison and nearby Morristown are fun, with Food Network-famous cafes, cute shops and a music scene. Also, located within a one-hour radius are a wildlife refuge, the Jersey Shore, the Meadowlands (where the NY Giants, NY Jets and NY Devils play) and the world-class museums, concert venues, sports arenas, clubs, galleries, theaters, architecture, etc., of New York City.

I chose Drew because I loved the camaraderie of the students and neighborhood atmosphere at Drew. Plus, there are so many great opportunities here. It blew me away. ”

True Drew Community Traditions

Since our founding 150 years ago, we grew from one school to three, from 12 students to 2,200 and from one building to 46. Throughout, we established and grew a powerful community by honoring our old traditions and creating new ones that link our students, faculty, staff and alums on campus and cross the globe.

25% of Students are Drew Ranger student-athletes.

When I walked onto campus for the first time, I was shocked. It was beautiful. A deer ran across my path. I was like, 'Is this a campus or is this a fairy tale?' ”
