Office of Financial Assistance Student Employment Opportunity

The Office of Financial Assistance is seeking a student worker for this current semester and beyond! Office of Financial Assistance Student Worker Job Description Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective Drew University students Answer phones, retrieve messages, emails, and faxes Maintain a system for accurately filing and handling student records Scan and index student documents to prepare records for counselor review Purge obsolete documents Ensure student privacy by adhering to FERPA regulations Other duties as assigned Qualifications Detail oriented Good organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to work well with others Good customer service skills Applicants for this position must be eligible for Federal Work-Study. If this is the first time you are working on campus, you will need to complete a W-4 and I-9. Please see student employment information here.
