To the Drew Community,
We will be clearing all overnight vehicles from the Tilghman and Main Lots to accommodate our commencement guests who will be arriving on Saturday morning.  The Tilghman Lot and the Main Lot will be closed to all vehicles beginning at 7pm, Friday, 5/16.  If you will be parking on campus during the commencement period, overnight Friday evening into Saturday, we ask that you move your vehicle to the parking spaces along the roadway behind the Simon Forum or to the Glenwild Lot.  This includes those students with G/T decals, S/J decals, commuter decals and purple or green temporary permits.
Guests will be arriving Friday afternoon for the Baccalaureate and they will be parking in the Main Lot and the Tilghman Lot, but overnight parking will not be permitted.
Drew faculty, staff and volunteers who are participating in commencement, are being asked to park on the east side of campus in the Sitterly Lot or Lewis Lot or at Madison House and on Vinal Place.  Parking will also be available in the Ehinger Center Lot.  You can enter campus through the Glenwild Gate.
Commencement is a special day for our graduates, their families, and friends.  Our hope is to move everyone on and off campus as smoothly as possible.  Your cooperation is appreciated as we welcome everyone to our campus for this joyous event.
Thanks to all,
Chief Robert Lucid
