The Athletic Hall of Fame recognizes and honors individuals who have made outstanding contributions to Drew Athletics and have brought distinction to Drew University and its athletic programs.
Located in the Simon Athletic Forum, the Hall of Fame commemorates the accomplishments and contributions of inductees. New members are inducted into the Hall of Fame each year and honored at a ceremony during Alumni Homecoming Weekend.
An alum is eligible if he or she participated in two full seasons of a varsity intercollegiate sport, was an exceptional athlete, and made outstanding contributions to Drew Athletics.
Alums are not eligible to be nominated until at least ten years after graduation from Drew University. A coach or other staff member who has offered extraordinary service to Drew Athletics may be nominated upon retirement or death, or five years after concluding employment.
Nominations may be submitted by any member of the Drew community through the Hall of Fame nomination form. Nominations must be received by December 1 in order to be considered for induction the following September. The Athletic Committee, made up of representatives from the College Alumni Association, Drew University Athletics, and the Office of Alumni Relations, reviews nominations and selects inductees based on available information.
Nominations may also be submitted by e-mail, to firstname.lastname@example.org, provided they include: name and class year of the nominee ; sport(s) for which he or she is being nominated; description and statistics related to his/her athletic accomplishments; name and contact information of the nominator.
