Definition
Position involves high level of skill and experience, and responsibility for a particular area within the university, but it is likely that the university can find a qualified candidate without incurring the time and expense related to a nationwide search. Regional focus is New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania.

- Departmental Associate Directors and Associate Deans

- Head Coach
- Nontenure-track appointments of more than one year
Search Committee
Minimum of three persons, plus the University’s Affirmative Action Officer or designee. At conclusion of process, file goes to Human Resources.
