CLA Petition to the Faculty Form

Students need to file a formal Petition to Academic Standing for issues outside of stated academic policy or for exemption from a stipulated policy. Examples include the following:

•Withdrawal from a class after the deadline in the current semester

•Retroactive withdrawal of a class from a prior semester

•Addition to a class after the deadline

•Late request to add an Internship

•Re-entry after more than one year leave of absence
