Drew University Library

Have a project, but not sure how to get started? Want a quiet place to prep for exams or a comfortable space for your study group? Trying to locate a rare book or article? The university library holds 200-plus electronic research resources, more than 900,000 print and electronic books and over 100,000 print and electronic journals that span the academic spectrum. Reference books and ebooks include the most current encyclopedic and specialized sources. You’ll also find a large collection of U.S., U.N. and N.J. government documents and unique special collections.

United Methodist Archives and History Center

Located right across the plaza from the main library is the United Methodist Archives and History Center, which houses the international archives of The United Methodist Church and Drew University’s Methodist Library and Special Collections. Together, the collections contain over 75,000 books, 2,000 periodical titles and 10,000 cubic feet of archival materials. With a world-renowned Methodist collection, as well as collections of religion, literature, science fiction, history, popular culture and rare books, there is something for everyone. These are collections of non-circulating material, but students and outside researchers are encouraged to use the resources for class projects, theses and dissertations.
