Student Groups with campus office spaces:

  • The Acorn
  • WMNJ – Radio Station

  • University Program Board

  • Student Government

  • Commuter Lounge

  • The Pub

Access to EC Office Spaces and The Pub

  • Students may have access to student group spaces during the fall and spring semesters, during regular EC business hours

    • Access will be turned off/not permitted during breaks (fall/winter/spring/summer) and university holidays

    • If the Ehinger Center is closed, there is no access to student groups offices, unless otherwise approved by the Office of Student Activities

  • Card/key access is only granted to active club members for that specific semester

    • A list of approved club members must be provided to the Office of Student Activities

      • Access lists should include: name and position of each person, i.e.: Joe Smith, DJ or Sally Jones, Photographer

    • Changes to the access list must be made in writing to Student Activities

Expectations for Ehinger Center Office Spaces

  • Offices must be kept neat, clean, and orderly at all times

  • Perishable items are not to be stored inside offices (except in The Pub)

  • To hang items inside offices, a work order must be submitted to Facilities

  • Sleeping and hosting celebrations (parties) are not permitted inside offices

  • Offices are to be used for club/group – related work; unless otherwise approved

  • To order office supplies or materials an email should be sent to the assigned Student Activities advisor for that group.

    • Student Activities advisors will approve expenses prior to them being ordered; an internal transfer will be completed to cover the materials purchased.

Access to Lockers in the Commuter Lounge

  • Drew University is not responsible for the loss and/or damage of any articles that are stored at any time in the Ehinger Center. This applies, but is not limited to, the lockers in the Commuter Lounge or any of the office or storage spaces therein.

  • Students must provide their own lock

  • Lockers are for daily use only; all locks must be removed by the building closing time of that day

    • Any locks not removed will be cut off by Facilities and all materials will be brought to the Lost and Found bin in the Pepin Building (Public Safety)

Storage

  • Storage of club/student group items is not permitted inside the Ehinger Center or the Office of Student Activities.
