Confidentiality
Counseling services are strictly confidential. Counseling and Psychological Services adheres to the ethical guidelines of the American Psychological Association. No information concerning a client is released without the client’s expressed and written permission.
How to Use Our Services
You can make an appointment to see a Counselor by calling or by visiting the McClintock Center for Counseling and Psychological Services. We are located on the South end of Drew University’s campus in Holloway
Annex 21 adjacent to the Health Center across from the University
Commons. You may call x3398.
Your first appointment can usually be scheduled within a few days (in an emergency, or when it is important to you, a Counselor will see you right away). After the introductory interview, regular appointments can be scheduled with the Counselor to whom you are assigned. To utilize other services such an announced programs or groups, simply come to the office to ask for details or to sign up. We also advertise in The Acorn (i.e., the campus newspaper) and send out e-mail messages to inform you of the current groups we are offering.

9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Monday – Friday) Appointments can be made in person at the McClintock Center for Counseling and Psychological Services or by calling x3398.
Counseling Service Fees
No additional fees are charged. Services are included in your tuition.
Public Safety
If you are in a crisis situation, and the Counseling Center is closed, please call Public Safety at x4444.
