Faculty/Staff and Grad/Theo student exclusive fitness classes will be held on Tuesdays @ 5:30 PM.
The first day of class is: Tuesday, September 12th!
These two classes are FREE for all faculty, staff and graduate students!
We have locker rooms and showers on site that you are welcome to use!
The cross-fit class is taught by a professional cross-fit trainer from Guerrilla Fitness in Morristown, NJ. The trainer works with you to determine your starting fitness level and will work with you to improve your fitness each class. Beginners are welcome!
The Barre class is taught by a professional fitness trainer from Barre Method in Madison, NJ. Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
