Are you looking to take your fitness to the next level or just looking for a challenge? Then boot camp is for you! This total-body workout will focus on a wide range of fitness components to include strength training, cardio, core, speed and agility. Sample classes consist of but are not limited to circuit training, obstacle courses, plyometrics and body weight exercises. All fitness levels are welcomed. Just bring a towel and some water and be prepared to have a great workout!
4-Week Sessions (8 classes)
T/TH 12:15-1:00pm; Simon Forum – either Baldwin Gym, Student Lounge OR on Forum Floor
~ February 5 – February 28 (Session 1)
~ March 5 – April 4 (Session 2) (No Class Mar 12, 14)
~ April 9 – May 2 (Session 3)
$55/session (which is less than $7/class), or $10/class for drop-in sessions. Register below. Pay at the first class.
M/W 5:30-7pm; Haselton Dance Studio

Recreation will be showing workout DVD’s Mondays and Wednesdays in the Haseleton Dance Studio throughout the fall semester.
