Couch to 5K is a running program designed for beginner runners to prepare themselves for their first 5K. It can also be a way for experienced runners who may be out of conditioning and want to get back to running 5K’s.
Either way, Drew’s Couch to 5K program is designed for the entire Drew community to meet and support each other in reaching their running goals.
Choose one of the time slots to meet and commit yourself to running!
The 9 week program will begin Monday, February 10th and will culminate in the Ranger Run 5K on Saturday, April 12th!
Campus Recreation will provide you a print-out of your 3 day a week training regime.
