Campus Health & Safety Training Hub

For your safety and the safety of others, all Drew community members are required to participate in the provided trainingPlease complete this required training prior to your next return to campus.

The training involves enrolling in the Moodle course Health and Safety Training to view the two-part Health and Safety Training video with accompanying assessments, the review of Drew’s Campus Restart Plan and December 3 Addendum, the download of the LiveSafe app, and the signing of Drew’s Community Pledge

In addition to the required training materials, we recommend viewing the provided additional trainings resources below.

The Student Code of Conduct includes violations of the Drew Community Pledge, the COVID-19 health and safety protocols of the Drew community, and state regulations.

Required Training:

  • Enroll in the Moodle course Health and Safety Training to view the two-part training videos and complete the accompanying assessments. Note: You must enroll in the course and verify completion. Please do not unenroll as your course information will be lost.
  • Download the LiveSafe mobile app, available in the iTunes App Store and GooglePlay. Drew faculty, staff, and students who plan to return to campus are expected to complete a daily COVID-19 health assessment before entering campus or leaving their residences via the LiveSafe mobile app. The self-screening app will enable individuals to consult a symptoms checklist each day that they plan to be on campus prior to leaving their residence and engaging with others. LiveSafe will replace the Emergency Notification System (you can expect more information about this in the coming weeks), and therefore all community members should download this mobile application.
  • Sign the Drew University Community Pledge, a social contract for all members of the University community. The pledge recognizes that “As one Drew University community, we commit together to uphold the health and safety of our community, take personal and collective responsibility, and to take all necessary steps to stay well and protect each other by stopping the spread of COVID-19 and other infections,” and describes ways in which members will protect themselves and others.
